Omeko's philosophy is the maximum facilitation of the flow of information between the Client and our company at all stages of the order, from request through the process of production and logistics.

Each of our Clients is assigned a representative allocated in our Commercial Department. While choosing the right people, we address the Clients individual needs and requirements in terms of service and degree of complexity of the works related to carrying out that particular order.

Our dedicated sales specialist will oversee the order from the initial stage i.e. preparing a competitive price offer, to the moment of shipping the finished product. Each of the processes is strictly controlled according to our internal procedures compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard, in order to provide you the highest quality of the flow of information at all stages order execution. The process of customer support is subjected to regular audits, aimed at studying Client satisfaction.

We provide you with experienced staff with the highest qualifications, both in terms of technology applied by Omeko and customer support. Our representatives perform the role of advisers, helping the Client to choose their optimal product solutions.
