Production processes and logistics

Omeko's priority is to provide top-quality products. In order to reach that goal, all processes have been designed according to the guidelines of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.

Production processes

Regardless of the type of the products, their boundary quality parameters have been strictly registered in production standards, which are an integral part of the comprehensive system of quality management.

The control of boundary parameters is carried out based on interdepartmental quality control. This means that the working parameters of a particular process are controlled at the beginning of the next stage of production. Such solution ensures that half-products of lower quality are eliminated and do not reach subsequent processes. As a result, the final product shipped to the Client meets stringent quality standards set by Omeko.

Planning production processes

Every stage of production is allocated to appropriate machines within the machinery of Omeko or its cooperators. The planning of production processes takes place with the use of an advanced IT system, which increases the company's flexibility and guarantees minimal downtime.

Logistics processes

Omeko manages the supply chain of its products in a flexible and comprehensive way. The company's Clients take advantage of expanded logistics and storage services, which include e.g.:

  • storing products for the Client
  • just-in-time shipments
  • distribution via package delivery to the Client's many locations

While executing logistics processes OMEKO cooperates with internationally recognized partners, such as Raben or GLS.
