Manufacture of thermal and paper reels

The manufacture of thermal paper POS reels is carried out basing on modern and fully automated machinery. The machines used by Omeko are provided by the Spanish company Talleres Lemu S.A. Each of the production lines is fitted with electronic control, which allows maintaining strict control over the technical parameters of the manufactured reels. As a result, the reels made at Omeko ensure faultless operation of register equipment and greatly enhance their performance.

Overprint on reels

Every reel can be additionally finished with an advertising or informative overprint. Unlike most other manufacturers, who use flexographic technique, we use the full-colored UV-dried offset print. This allows us to reproduce not only simple projects printed in single Pantone colors, but also make faithful reproductions of full-color pictures. In case of reels made of thermal paper, we provide the possibility to print on both the active and passive sides of the reel.

The materials used for POS reels production only come from renowned providers and have all necessary quality and safety certificates.
